Ballad, Swing, Bebop, there's something for all levels and all tastes. The walking is a bass line who consist of playing one note per beat...always. In this first lesson, we're going to start with a simple walking, consisting of roots and fifth. The chords are Cmaj7 Amin7 Dmin7 G7. After Roots and Fifth, we'll add octave. The chords are the same as before.
For this new lesson, I had written a walking bass over the chord changes of Anthropology, a great tune of a great musician. You can find below the tablature and the backing track (slow and fast speed)
